We personally travel to the regions and inspect developments for quality construction, proximity to city centers, school, shopping, and overall quality of life in the neighborhood. A systematic meta-analysis is performed prior to educating our investors.
2. Investor Education

If they do not perform to the standards of excellence we demand for our investors, they are replaced before any of our investors make their purchases. The crucial part of your education will come not only from our group classes, but in our one on one consultations that focus on your own financial situation and goals. 3. Leveraged Acquisition
We like to grow wealth using as much of other people's money as is practical; namely the banks. That said we don't want to finance so much that the properties are costly to own each month. 4. Monitor Investment

5. Financial Freedom
Success with each client is reached when they can sell half the properties they own to pay off the other half and live very well off the monthly cash flow. We use that as our guide, but the funny thing is that in our 20 years of experience, it rarely works that way.
