Initially, he shared his detailed real estate research with his Christian Networking Group in Orange County to rally them to purchase investments where he wanted to buy. Client Care Manager in each city created a much higher return on investment. It cut the cost of traditional property management in half.

West of the Five, a real estate company in San Diego specializing in beach area properties. Through their experiences with clients it became glaringly obvious that most clients viewed their mortgage as a necessary evil rather than a powerful financial tool. They developed a strategy to educate their clients on how to systematically make the best use of leverage and equity to get into the real estate game and play smart.
The missing piece was where to confidently advise the clients to invest. Travis is a second-generation realtor and investor. Travis and his wife sold one of their San Diego homes and used the profits to test Gary's strategy.
